چکیده
Background. The problem of gastrointestinal diseases in children remains quite relevant due to the high prevalence and presence atypical symptoms comorbidities pathogenetically associated with acid-dependent diseases. purpose was study dynamics inflammatory changes mucous membrane duodenal ulcer (DU). Materials methods. One hundred six aged 10 18 years DU were examined. To verify diagnosis, all underwent endoscopy, pH-metry, morphological examination gastrobiopsy samples, for Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori). Results. 49.1 % diagnosed impaired motor-evacuatory function form duodenogastric and/or gastrooesophageal reflexes, 81.1 patients presented H.pylori determined. Erythematous gastric mucosa predominated. 92.4 chronic non-atrophic gastritis gastroduodenitis varying degrees inflammation, 7.6 — atrophic gastritis. There a decrease height signs desquamation superficial epithelium, 72.3 development granular dystrophy, 6.9 without infection 57.5 infected neutrophilic infiltration membrane. In after 3 months, epithelium frequency desquamative decreased, proliferation glandular 12.4 increased. Conclusions. Morphological biopsies differ depending on partially persist months treatment.

Effect of selective gastric vagotomy on histamine concentration in gastric mucosa of patients with duodenal ulcer.
In a prospective controlled trial, histamine concentrations in human gastric mucosa were determined fluorometrically in 23 patients 6-11 months after selective gastric vagotomy with drainage and in patients who had undergone other types of operation for duodenal ulcer. The study was in twoparts: part I , a synchronous investigation of mucosal histamine concentrations in patients who had undergo...

متن کاملChanges in gastric mucosa after vagotomy and gastrojejunostomy for duodenal ulcer.
Gastric mucosa was studied histologically in 141 patients. Eighty two had undergone vagotomy and gastrojejunostomy between 15 and 25 years previously for duodenal ulcer, and 59 control patients had a long history (minimum 15 years) of duodenal ulcer treated medically. No carcinoma was found in either group. Two patients with severe dysplasia and 13 patients with moderate dysplasia were found in...

Serial direct vision gastric mucosal biopsies were obtained in 25 patients with a chronic lesser curve gastric ulcer. Morphological changes were assessed ;blind' in 15 patients who received carbenoxolone and in 10 untreated patients. Chronic gastritis was initially observed ;proximal' and ;distal' to the ulcer in 24 of the 25 patients. The mucosal changes were shown to persist in subsequent bio...

The review presents 69 references of current literature on the problem of gastroduodenal ulcer physiotherapy which has a good potential of impact on gastroduodenal motility, lipid peroxidation, microcirculation, physiological and reparative regeneration of epithelial and glandular cells. The choice of a physiotherapeutic method depends on the disease stage and to a less extent on location of th...
